Chuckanut Crest Road AssociationThe Chuckanut Crest Association (CCA) of Whatcom County, WA, was created by lot owners in the Chuckanut Crest area to provide a mechanism whereby neighbors could work together to maintain and repair their roads. Provisions governing the Association and the process for repairing or maintaining roads are found in the March 11, 1985 Easements, Covenants and Restrictions agreement (Whatcom County Auditor’s file No. 1503245.)1 This agreement was codified in an updated agreement filed with the county in 2009.2
These provisions apply to all lots. All lot purchasers thus become members of the association, able to work with their neighbors to develop and seek support for road repairs, consistent with the process established by the Agreement.
